The course will be held in The Celtic Manor Resort Hotel which is located just off the M4 motorway and approximately 30 miles from both Cardiff and Bristol airports.

Registration
The registration to the IIC is done in 2 separate parts:
Inscription to the course is done through the Welsh Taekwon-Do Association. You can register as a delegate for the course through the links on this page.
The participants must also register on the official ITF Online database. This is done through your national organisation. Please make the registrations to ITF Online as soon as possible.
Last registration date is 10th January 2025, but we recommend you register as soon as possible to secure your place.
Information
The course will be conducted by the Chairman of the ITF Technical Committee:
- Grand Master Hector Marano, IX degree, Argentina with ITF Technical Committee members.
- Grand Master Ung Kim Lan, IX degree, Germany.
- Grand Master Jerzy Jedut, IX degree, Poland.
The International Instructor Course is open to all ITF members 1st ‐ 9th degree.
The event is organised by Welsh Taekwon-Do Association, under the tutelage of the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
